Other Information
Security Deposit
We have a security deposit of £250 per booking which will be refunded back 48 hours after the stay. This is part of the terms & conditions policy.
Cancellations
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made up to 30 days before the booking date will receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made up to 14 days before the booking date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made up to 7 days before the booking date will not be eligible for a refund.
Dogs & Animals
Pet Policy:
- Guests are allowed to bring up to 2 well-behaved dogs with them.
- A charge of £15 per dog will be applied to cover additional cleaning costs.
- Dogs are to be kept off furniture and upstairs in the carpeted areas to main the property’s cleanliness.
Damages Policy
Property Usage and Damage:
- Guests are responsible for treating the Cleeholidayhomes property and its contents with care and respect.
- Any damage caused to the property or its contents will be charged to the guest.
Terms & Conditions
- Reservation and Check-In/Check-Out Times:
- Reservations are subject to availability and can be made through our Cleeholidayhomes website.
- Check-in time is at 15:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Please ensure timely departure to facilitate cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
- Cleaning Charges for Extended Stays:
- For each booking, a charge of £100 will apply.
- For extended stays a charge of £80 weekly will include a full house clean and change of linen & towels.
- This charge includes regular cleaning and bedding changes to ensure a comfortable stay.
- Discounts for Longer Stays:
- A discount of 5% will be applied to the total cost for a 7-day stay.
- A discount of 10% will be applied to the total cost for a 2-week stay.
- A discount of 15% will be applied to the total cost for a 30-day stay.
- Discounts are automatically calculated during the booking process.
- Early Check-In and Check-Out:
- Guests requiring early check-in or late check-out must request this at the time of booking.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
- Payment and Cancellation:
- Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
- Privacy:
- Personal information collected during the Cleeholidayhomes booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
